Clean Label Conference logo Our Clean Label Conferences, which have the tagline “Sophisticated Solutions for Simplified Products“, provide insights and answers to the challenges of developing products with simple, consumer- and export-friendly labels. Core to the conferences are speakers presenting the food science behind the use of emerging and multi-functional natural ingredient systems. Speakers deliver critical insights and hands-on technical advice on consumer attitudes, product trends and regulatory considerations.

PROTEIN TRENDS & TECHNOLOGIES SEMINAR LOGOThe Protein Trends & Technologies Seminars consists of a one-day Pre-conference program: Business Strategies and a one-day Technical Program: Formulating with Proteins. Attendees can register for either one alone or for both for a cost savings.

The Pre-conference program: Business Strategies focuses on the protein ingredient marketplace. It provides consumer and marketplace trends data. The Technology Program: Formulating with Proteins focuses on the development of protein-enhanced foods, beverages and nutritional supplements. Core to the events are speakers presenting impartial information on protein food science, consumer and product trends, emerging nutritional benefits and regulatory issues.

SWEETENER SYSTEMS CONFERENCE LOGOThe Sweetener Systems Conferences are designed for technologists involved in product formulations. The program provides insights and actionable information on hot topics related to sweeteners. Examples include updates on consumer attitudes, sugar reduction formulations, emerging technologies, and updates on nutritional and sensory science and regulations. Core to the event are the properties and interactions of a range of ingredients that impact the sweetness perception and performance of finished products.

The Weight Management Technologies Seminar was only held in 2014. It provided technical presentations on the practical use of sweeteners, starch, fiber, gum and protein ingredient systems in weight management products. Speakers also delivered critical data and insights on consumer attitudes, new product trends and regulatory considerations.
