Global Food Forums’ Technology Snapshot Advisory Panel

Food science and clean label beakerPrograms hosted by Global Food Forums, Inc. (GFF) are dedicated to serving the information needs of attendees. Only in this manner will its conferences continue to draw time-starved food scientists and product developers at food manufacturing companies.

It is understood that value-added ingredients play a crucial role in the manufacture of successful packaged foods and beverages. Additionally, a key focus of GFF events is on applied food science. Thus, in order to provide useful, how-to formulation advice to well-educated and knowledgeable technical staffs, the concept of Technology Snapshots was initiated. Technology Snapshots allow vendors to provide new, helpful information to R&D technologists in a concise, information-packed format.

In an effort to objectively evaluate a potentially broad range of ingredients and their uses for the limited number of presentation times available, a distinguished group of experienced food scientists has been consulted. They include the following individuals and companies.
