The 2016 Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar is designed to deliver crucial information for two separate communities. A Pre-conference: Business Strategies program provides non-technical industry insights into a range of topics for upper level management at protein vendor companies responsible for helping to guide their firm’s strategic directions. The Technical Program: Formulating with Proteins is directed toward R&D, application food scientists and other functions requiring insights into the successful development of new protein foods, beverages and nutritional products.
The 2015 Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar, held May 5th, 2015 (Pre-conference: Business Strategies) and May 6th, 2015 (Technical Program: Formulating with Proteins) was a resounding success with over 230 registrants and a new interactive element, the 2015 Protein Product Sampling Session.
The 2014 Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar was held April 8-9, 2014 in Arlington Heights, Illinois, USA. At 245+ attendees between the two programs, registration for the event was closed over half a month before the event.

The 2016 Clean Label Conference will be held March 29-30, 2016 at the Westin in Itasca, Illinois, USA, near O’Hare International airport. It continues with the tagline “Sophisticated Solutions for Simplified Products” and is the industry’s only in-person event focused solely on providing valuable insights and actionable data on the development of packaged foods and beverages with consumer- and export-friendly labels.
The 2015 Clean Label Conference was held March 31-April 1, 2015 at the Westin in Itasca, Illinois, USA. With 231 registrants, the event offered excellent networking as well as industry and technological updates on “Sophisticated Solutions for Simplified Products.”
The 2013 Clean Label Conference was held October 29-30, 2013 at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook, Illinois, USA. Some 190 attendees attended sessions that included information on how to formulate and process foods and beverages that have a “natural positioning” in the marketplace, consumer expectations, new product trends and regulatory issues among other topics. A significant number of presentations cover the use of emerging, multi-functional and naturally-positioned ingredients systems.
The Sweetener Systems Trends & Technologies Conference is designed for technologists involved in product formulations. The program will provide insights and actionable information on hot topics related to sweeteners. Examples of sessions include updates on consumer attitudes, formulating for sugar reduction, emerging technologies, nutritional aspects, sensory, regulatory and analytical issues. Core to the event will be the properties and interactions of a range of ingredients that impact the sweetness perception and performance of finished products.
